Halton Disability Partnership was founded in 2010 to support people with disabilities in accessing support and care that full reflects their choice and wishes. We offer advice and support where needed.
We have a register of Personal Assistants (PAs) in health and social care, who work with people with disability or mental health needs, in a way that enables choice and control without the stress and anxiety of managing the process.
As well as facilitating real choice for people, Halton Disability Partnership like all agencies, charities or services is required to ensure people who may by vulnerable are safeguarded from exploitation or abuse. We take pride in offering the best possible service without comprising safety for our users.
HDP exists to enable local people with disabilities and mental health issues to access full choice in their care: whilst at the same time enjoying full safeguarding.
